There are three size models of MINOPOLIS, depending on the catchment area the Kids Town will be located in:
MINOPOLIS Mega City:
- Size over 10.000 sqm.
- for locations in catchment areas over EUR 10 Mio. population;
- Annual visitor rates are expected to be in the range of 1 Mio in full operation
- App. 110 brand partners will be present in the Mega-City
- Investment volume of app. EUR 8 Mio.
- Revenues will exceed EUR 14 Mio. in full operation
MINOPOLIS City:
- Size between 5.000 – 6.000 sqm.
- for catchment areas with a population over 5 Mio.;
- Annual visitor rates are expected to be in the range of 400.000 in full operation;
- App. 60 brand partners will be present in the City
- Investment volume of app. EUR 3.7 Mio.;
- Revenues will exceed EUR 7 Mio. in full operation;
- The first MINOPOLIS City was opened in 2005 in Vienna;
MINOPOLIS Village:
- Size app. 2.500 sqm.
- for smaller catchment areas (minimum 1,5 Mio. population);
- Annual visitor rates are expected to be in the range of 160.000 in full operation;
- App. 20 brand partners will be present in the Village
- Investment volume of app. EUR 2 Mio.;
- Revenues will exceed EUR 3 Mio. in full operation
