Building a unique town for kids

MINOPOLIS is an indoor concept, best placed in urban areas with high population.
A proper MINOPOLIS site is ideally located in or close to a major shopping mall (so parents can do their shopping/entertainment while kids enjoy the pleasures of experiencing MINOPOLIS) or near other visitor attractions generating traffic. With average attendance duration of 3-4 hours/visit, MINOPOLIS is a perfect partner for shopping mall operators  or the leisure industry – parents have plenty of time for their shopping or leisure activities whilst knowing that their kids are being taken care of.

As an indoor concept an area between 2.500 sqm. (MINOPOLIS Village), 5000 sqm (MINOPOLIS City) and 10.000 sqm. (MINOPOLIS Mega City) is needed including. 20% space for backup and infrastructure.

The technical infrastructure required is more or less identical with those of restaurants or other indoor leisure facilities (ventilation, water, sewer, energy). There is no specific specific demand for installing a MINOPOLIS location.

To make the Kids Town easily accessable for visitors, parking and availability of public traffic is required. In the planned location structure this is usually given by the shopping mall provider.
